This book came as a recommendation from a friend of mine. It is important for business owners to understand what is in this book. Especially in our changing marketplace where the challenges of successfully marketing yourself have become significant. It is written specifically for dentists, but the content is useful no matter what industry you may be in. Small business owners who value their time will appreciate how the author does not drag on and on in order to make his points. Easy to read, relevant information, must read for a small business owner whether you are just starting or already running a well oiled machine.

Not as detailed or in depth as I had hoped, but overall it is a good primer that you can read in a couple of hours. I am not sure that the value given the current cost is there for every practice, but I found it useful as a new dentist.
