How to Use

1. Peel:

For best results, do not brush teeth immediately before applying strips.
Open foil pouch and remove.
Peel strips from backing.

2. Apply:

Apply gel side of strip to teeth.
Align strips with gum line and press gently for good contact.
Fold the rest of strip behind teeth to keep in place.

3. Reveal:

Wear strips for 30 minutes twice a day, remove and discard.
If you notice gel on your teeth, brush, rinse, or wipe it away.

Great Product True to Description

The item works very well however I didn't use completely as directed. I can not imagine using these strips twice a day. They do cause some sensitivity within the first two days of use but it goes away.

Crest Whitening Strips have been clinically proven to whiten teeth and from experience, I have to say they really do! Just two weeks and my teeth were shining and white. Great price for a great product

I've always been skeptical about teeth whitening things that do not come from a dentist. After bad experiences with whitening tooth paste (i.e. they don't whiten) I decided to try the White Strips. I noticed my teeth getting whiter after only a week of use. My teeth were prone to some sensitivity, but it was not unbearable and I plowed forward with the product anyway.

For the people complaining about difficulty in putting the strips on, dry your teeth off before you put them on and then keep your mouth dry once they are in place. This will allow the gel to get directly on your teeth instead of gel -> saliva -> teeth. The strips will stay in place and will work more effectively if done this way.

Do not fall asleep with these things on, I did that one night and my teeth hurt, they throbbed, and I was sad.

Crest White Strips

Difficult to apply, it might work but it will take time. How long? One moth, at least. But I am not there yet.

Not So Sure

Crest Whitestrips classics may not be the best way to go unless you like 30 minutes of constantly trying to keep them in place. Heaven forbid you actually have to open your mouth and talk during that time. Don't even try a real swallow. The bottom strip moves around alot, it doesn't adhere very well. On the upside they do whiten your teeth as stated, if you can keep them in place long enough. Think I'll try the advanced seal strips the next time. They must have made them for a reason.
