Haven't used these yet, but will be using them when I take my sister to the doctor next week - they are very well made and I plan to use them whenever we go into crowds this winter.

It does not block all odors, for instance when the deodorizer -or whatever that mess is comes out of the airplane vents - starts blowing you will smell the deodorizer, however it won't make you sneeze. If you sleep with your mouth open only to awaken to a dry throat, try covering your mouth with one of these before you doze up. It helps me.
These are not supposed to be re-used either.

This mask is going to make life more normal for me, I think, but only if I can figure out what to do about the vile odor. It fades with time but leaves a nasty smell in my nose. Suggestions, anyone?

My mother's caregivers really like these face masks, first of all because of their antiviral protection, but also because they stay in place and are comfortable to wear as opposed to other brands.
