DECENT PRODUCT BUT UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Item is of good quality, well made, & light material. however they run large. I purchase 2 at a size that was too big. I had to return them and to my surprise instead of getting my entire refund back they charged me for outbound freight charges, and a restocking fee which is not mentioned anywhere in return policy,. It is the responsibility of a company to make the Consumers aware of return policy specifications when purchasing from this company. Before purchasing make sure you have the right size or you will be facing exactly what I the same problem I had, I have never had any issues like this from any company associated with an Amazon purchase. I wont be purchasing from this company again. Dissatisfied

Torso good, arm holes too small!!, July 08, 2016

I bought this for just one lab, and thank heavens it's as cheap as it is because I can hardly do anything while I'm in it!
I bought a small because I usually run small/medium and I figured this would be baggy enough anyways but while the torso fits perfectly, the arm holes are sewn with a smaller seam around my bicep so I can hardly lift my arms out and if I flex just right, I could probably she-Hulk right through it!
I'd definitely order a size up!
Pros: Very long torso, would definitely cover you up Cons: Arm holes are too small! Thick fabric to protect you Fits true on the torso

Good lab coat, December 01, 2015

I wanted an affordable knee-length lab coat for school and this got the job done. I'm 5'1 and I usually wear clothes in XS or S, so I bought this in size 1E. The length comes a little below my knees; the sleeves are a little long on me as well, but nothing too bad that it interferes with my lab work. Also, if you prefer not to use the backbelt straps that wrap around the front, they can be buttoned towards the back to look like any normal lab coat without the straps. Overall, it's a good coat for a really cheap price

The lab coat is perfect. The fabric is nice and it fits well. However, I had to contact the manufacturer to get sizing information. Here is what I learned: S (1E) Chest 27.5" to 33.5" M (2E) Chest 35" to 38" L (3E) Chest 39.5" to 42.5" XL (4E) Chest 44" to 45.5" XXL (5E) Chest 47" to 50" XXXL (6E) Chest 51.5" to 54.5"

Great Lab Coat, December 27, 2014

Based on the price, I was expecting a flimsy "costume" lab coat. I only needed this lab coat to play a part in an act, so the quality wasn't much of a concern. But what I received was a real, quality lab coat that I plan to use in college during science labs. The fit was perfect, and even a bit flattering. However, I'm 5'8" and currently weigh 140 pounds (not exactly small...), so this may be a little too big for petite women.
