Several of my friends were raving about this book, so I decided to get my own copy to see what all the buzz was about. They were right - this is a GREAT book! It is filled with useful information and handy tips on how to lead a healthier lifestyle for you and those around you. It's nice to know that I'm not crazy for carrying around hand sanitizer and wipes in my purse - that I was actually doing as Dr. Ostreicher advocates. This is a well written and easily read book that would be appropriate for any man, woman, or teenager to receive as a gift. I look forward to any future publications by Dr. Ostreicher

This book by Dr. David Ostreicher is not just about brushing your teeth. It's a quick guide that touches on key elements that will help us live a long and healthy life. I really enjoyed Chapter 5 which erases all excuses for not exercising. His explanations for how and why we should excercise are simple and straightforward. So get off the couch and WALK to your local book store and purchase this book...

Really good self help health book, November 19, 2008

The title, "Brush Your Teeth!" doesn't to this book justice! It is far more substantial than just brushing your teeth. Sure, the author shows how poor oral hygiene is linked to heart attacks, low birthweight infants and diabetes. But that is just the begining. The chapter "Think Right" blows away other "positive attitude" books such as "The Secret." The author shows that thinking right is far more than wishful thinking. Correct thinking will improve your life, regardless of what happens around you. Pay close attention to the chapter "Eat Right." The author makes clear suggestions that are easy to follow, and dont cost much. This is obne of the finest Self-Help books I have read.
