Here's how this nipple compares to Medela and the Dr. Brown Level 1, November 30, -0001

In my video review, I show all of the key features of this level P nipple, how it interchanges with a Medela bottle and even how it compares to a Medela Slow Flow and a Dr. Brown's Level 1 nipple. Our newborn kept choking on the Medela because it was just too fast, but once we got the Dr. Brown's (we started with Level P, then moved to Level 1), problem solved! I definitely recommend it, and if you aren't sure whether to get Dr. Brown's or whether Level P or Dr. Brown's 2 Pack Natural Flow Level 1 Standard Nipple or even Dr. Brown's 2 Natural Flow Level 2 Standard Nipple, perhaps this will help you and give you some assurance of how it works. In my video review, I show all of the key features of the nipple, how it can interchange with a Medela bottle and even how it compares to a Medela Slow Flow and a Dr. Brown's 2 Pack Natural Flow Preemie Standard Nipple nipple. Our newborn kept choking on the Medela because it was just too fast, but once we got the Dr. Brown's (we started with Level P, then moved to Level 1), problem solved! I definitely recommend it, and have a look at my video review as I think it will give you some assurance of how it works. Not nipple shown in product photo, November 30, -0001

I ordered these based on the product photo, which matches the skinnier nipple used with the natural flow bottles, but that's not what I received. I've attached a photo of product photo on left and actual nipple on right.

Fits the Medela bottles, November 30, -0001
By Anne

I needed an alternative nipple to fit my medela bottles (all bought in 2013) as my LO started to put a vacuum on the bottles with the fastest flow nipple medela sells. So I tried these nipples and they work great. Initially it does not seem to fit perfectly but if you tightly screw on the collar to the bottle and make sure the nipple is right in the middle it works well and I did not have any leaks yet.

I got these to fit Ameda Purely Yours pump bottles and they worked great (so I could feed her directly from the bottle I pumped into and didn't have to get another kind of bottle and make more dirty dishes).

Lowest flow for breastfed babies!!!!, November 30, -0001
By Alanna

Tried to find lowest flow on the market. My daughter was breastfed but we were having trouble so I exclusively pump now. I wanted to get lowest flow nipple so I could eventually breastfeed again when I healed. I bought other lowflow "natural" bottles and she would choke and drown in milk. Once I got her these nipples feedings are much easier and milk flow seems less than my breasts so she won't reject them! And you can pop it on any Dr. Browns bottle! So happy!!!!!!!!!
