| Designed to be a practical, clinical guide to the dental treatment of children - concentrating on the approach to the patient and actual techniques, rather than on theoretical aspects. Techniques are described in a uniquely accessible, step-by-step tabular manner, under consistent headings making it easy for the student to review operative procedures. |

Getting started!, October 14, 2002 |
 |
This is an excellent book for those who are just getting started in children's dentistry. It gives clear and concise information and the illustrations are first class. The book is a must for clinical practice but is definitely not for diagnostic purposes. Treatment planning and the technical aspects of carrying out treatment are described in detail with a step by step approach. This is an excellent undergraduate textbook and a good teaching resource.
