Order a complete mess up twice, October 4, 2010

I ordered the CD version of this product and received a BOOK. I sent the book back explaining I wanted the CD only and took the time and effort to do this and to return the book. Apparently, people there do not care enough to read the reason for return and get theh problem resolved. I then received a second BOOK instead of a CD. I promptly went to another site and ordered the CD. I will not be ordering from dentalBookshop again as your employees do not care enough to get it right. I am sitting here with a book I will not read. You have completely wasted my time.
