Forget all the self-help books and "how to survive dental school" guides - this is the real deal. Minimal advice, just the straight (hilarious, depressing, mediocre, stupendous) facts. The stories are short adventures, each one a snapshot of what it's like to go through four years of dental training. As any student of higher "education" knows, it's not just about the coursework: it's about the odd professors, bizarre classmates, cockroach-infested apartments, eating pizza every day, and maybe mistakenly feeding a rat (instead of a squirrel) in the park. Somehow you survive, and hopefully can look back with at least a few fond memories. This book isn't just for prospective dental students, or old salts who want to reminisce - it's for anyone who enjoys a twisted sense of humor. I'm no dentist (I'm no putz, either) - but I still couldn't put the book down.

I could not put it down! It's a humorous read from start to finish. You don't even have to be in the dental field to appreciate this entertaining journey through college! I can't wait to see what his next book is about!!!
