I Can Not Recommend, March 17, 2010 |
 |
I'm sorry, but I cannot recommend this book. Does it work? I can't say it does because I can't utilize it. The foods he recommends you eat are not available to myself and probably not to many others. I so wanted to find a natural way to stop decay, and if you can first, get your hands on these types of food and second, afford to pay for them and lastly, have the palate for them then go for it. Otherwise, I have this book that I will more than happily sell to you at half price. It does me no good.

The Best Resource on Healing and Maintaining Your Teeth, March 16, 2010 |
 |
This book is amazing. I learned so much on how to take care of my dental issues (which is why I bought the book) as well as the dental health of my family. I appreciate that the book contains detail on dosages, brands to buy, formula's, etc. that enabled me to get started on healing my dental cavities right away. Before I found and read Ramiel Nagel's book, I didn't realize it was possible to heal these cavities. If you are serious about restoring healthy teeth and maintaining them throughout your life, this is the perfect book to enable you to do that.

Not complete, too vague, needs focus, March 15, 2010 |
 |
My main disappointment with this book is that it neglects the issue of "soft"--purified, distilled, demineralized, "zero"-- drinking water. Soft water is one of the more demineralizing and therefore tooth-decaying things that health-conscious people consume and they need to be warned about it. A person following all the nutritional advice in this book would still be sorely disappointed with his results if he continues to drink soft water.
The thing I find amusing is the suggestion that a vegan diet is not adequate for curing and preventing tooth decay because plant produce grown in mineral-rich soil is hard to find (which is not even true because most people have the option of growing their own organic produce). His solution is to eat a lot of exotic animal products, like grass-fed beef, raw milk, wild seafood, etc--as if these things are any more easily obtainable!
The author does touch on the importance of a mineral-rich diet but does not mention alkalizing versus acidifying foods. Alkalizing foods are mineralizing, which would seem to make them helpful in preventing cavities; therefore many of the animal products recommended in the book would seem less advisable as animal products are acidifying. To sum up: to prevent cavities, alkalize, don't acidify. However, this doesn't fill up a whole book.

It's about time!!!!!!! Amazing that it works after so much mainstream brainwashing!!, March 10, 2010 |
 |
The practical advice in this book really seems to be reversing my tooth decay!!! Halleleuiah brother!!! The dentist wanted me to have two major root canals immediately and two other teeth filled. When I asked him if there was anything I could do with nutrition or supplements to get my teeth to heal, he said "maybe you could slow the decay down a little bit" but that essentially the answer was no.
What a load of s**t!!!! That dental visit was three months ago and my teeth have stopped aching all together, are way less temperature sensative, and feel generally stronger.
Most of us have been totally disempowered regarding the health of our teeth. This information has changed that for me. By the way, Ramiel essentially gives the protocol away for free on his website. I bought the book for $28 anyway though. What a bargain, The dental work was going to cost well over $4,000.00 no wonder dentists don't seem open to this stuff working! Talk about a biased perspective!!!
Think I'm excited, you will be too if you use this info to take tooth health into your own hands!
Very satisfied, Mike.

Solid Research, Fresh Perspective on Preventive Healthcare, March 9, 2010 |
 |
I am now 27, and have suffered for years with tooth decay. Many cavities drilled and filled. I never learned about preventive health care, especially for my teeth. Two things have recently improved my life. First, After changing my diet about two years ago to a more traditional, nutrient dense diet (Weston A. Price Foundation), I have felt great improvements in the feeling and health of my teeth in addition to my overall wellness. Second, "Cure Tooth Decay" has enlightened me to the truth behind my tooth decay. Rami Nagel provides a clear presentation of comprehensive dental research that portrays the profound truth of the nutritional connection to tooth decay. Additionally, the story of his and his family's recovery from tooth decay is compelling. I appreciate the accessible information about diet changes and remedies. The author has provided a great tool for taking responsibility of our health and supercharging our bodies innate capacity to heal itself.
My family and I feel very empowered after read this book.
