I purchased this item a few weeks ago. First time when I put it on I realized that because you start sweating quite quickly, the pants start sticking to your skin and any wrong body movement can cause the pants to split. So, I came out with my own solution for the sticky pants. I am wearing underneath another pair of Everlast yoga pants, good enough to absorb the sweat and not make the sauna pants stick to your skin. It works great. I even sweat when I am just watching TV. This suit is not made for very hard work out, but you can easily walk or jog or even do your house chores in it. No sudden squats though, if you need to sit down pull the pants up a little bit. It says 'one size fits all'. I am size 8 and I think it can easily fit up to size 12 or perhaps even a 14.

Well, what I thought would be a nice investment in a sauna suit turned into money down the drain. Or maybe I missed the warning-"Don't do squats in this suit". Yes, I did a few squats in it and POW the whole back of my pants blew out. The suit is sort of air tight, so it fills up with air and when you bend down, you either get balloon pants or a blow out like I did. The good news is that it worked like a dream the first night I used it but it was hard to clean. You have to turn it inside out and wipe it down with a towel, then soap and water, and a towel again. If you are in a hury this suit will never do.

Prior to purchasing this sauna suit, I read about people having problems with the pants tearing. I haven't had a problem with that at all. It could have to do with the "one-size-fits-all" - how's that supposed to work? We're all different sizes. I'm a size 4, but I've been other sizes. I think it could probably fit up to a size 8 comfortably.

I read the other reviews about the fact that the pants split so easily, but I did not take the advice. I am a size 8. When I put on the pants, I thought these are huge and I have nothing to worry about. I walked on my treadmill and really sweat. I was thinking that I must have really burned up a ton of calories. I was wearing a pair of cotton exercise pants under the sauna pants and so I did not notice that the entire back was torn open. I did not bend or make any sudden movements. I can't understand if this is a known problem, why can't Everlast make something that actually last. I would rather spend more money and be able to use the product over and over. Unfortunately this sauna suit is already headed for a landfill. It really bothers me that it will last in the landfill for years and that it was on my body for one hour.

Am a 180 6ft all I got to say is I haven't ship back a product so fast in my life! As soon as I open the package I have my doubts but soon my doubts were confirmed, The Fabric fells cheap and I was afraid I was going to tear it, I re-package it and sent it back and ordered another from a trustier source I think this should be called a medium size sauna suite

This suit is fantastic. I've had it a while using the dance simulation games and I sweat so much the dance pads become slippery so I have to stop. I haven't had an issue with tearing and I guess the only one's who have that problem are those who do sudden movements or stretches that would cause an obvious tear being that this material is like a 12-ply garbage bag.

It was ok for me in that it helped me to lose water weight very quickly in one or two hours but then I would gain in all back in 2-3 days as I drunk fluids. To me this is wasteful in money and time. I don't know what benefit a person could get from losing water weight for one or two days. It gives you a false achievement in my book.

This is the suit that I've been looking for, for the longest. A friend of mine recommended this product to me about a year ago, because she said that it worked for her. About a year ago, she weighed 224 pounds. She wore the sauna suit while working out and just doing things around the house. And with the help of a strict diet regimen that she was put on by her doctor, she is now at 186. Her goal is 150. She's got 36 more pounds to go, and she's still wearing her sauna suit, eating right and excersizing as she should. I just hope that the results work just as good for me.

I was so excited to start using my sauna suit I couldn't wait. I lost water of 2 lbs in 2wks after for wears. Love this suit!
I have one observation...the more sweat/liquid in the suit the more it leaks, liquid thens to dip from the wrist area. I recommend wearing T-shirt to help absorb some of the sweat.

PRODUCT DOES DO WHAT IT SAYS AS FAR AS MAKING YOU SWEAT BUT IS VERRY POORLY MADE.
MY WIFE HAS BOUGHT 3 OF THESE SAUNA SUITS AND IN ALL THREE CASES THE PAINTS TORE OR SPLIT AFTER JUST A FEW WEARINGS IN FACT THE LAST ONE SHE BOUGHT DID THAT AFTER WEARING IT JUST ONE TIME

The suit says one size fits all but it didn't fit in fact I suppose it was one size fits petite. I know I'm chunky however one size fits all is what it should be if not please indicate one size fits most.

So I bought this with out reading the description...i.e. for women. I did not try the pants on but the top was nice for the price...just small for me around the neck. Past that the product is awesome. Do put on a long sleeve undershirt and it will be drenched. I vacuumed the house in it and did lite weight lifting along with sit-ups. FYI do not try and stretch the elastic...it will rip. Summer is on the way..if you want to be an "ornament" on the beach by then...get it now!

I bought this suit for my wife and soon after it tore at the seams. It split down the back of the pants when she sat down. The top shirt part was very tight around the neck for her so I started to use it and only after a few uses it split down the side when I took it off. It is a cheaply made suit and we have found a much thicker one at a local sporting good store made by the same company, Everlast. This suit is not a good buy and it does not fit all!!!

I like the product , it was pretty much what I expected . I didnt like that the elastic was so tight around my neck I felt like I was choking at times. The things I liked about this product is YOU dont feel like your sweating or overheated but you can feel the sweat slide down your body . Also that your skin feels smoothe and soft after every use....Some people wrote that it broke if you did squats and other similiar excercises but that never happened to me and I'm not a skinny girl.

I purchased this to aid me in my weight loss. Its very flimsy and one thing I don't like about it is it makes you sweat so much that you have to wear something under is to keep it from sticking to your skin. If you wear a light t-shirt and gym shorts, you should be fine without getting too hot. Not too bad for 10 bucks.

First off, the suit is NOT one size fit all...it's more of a small/medium. I had to cut the neck to keep from being strangled to death. And after 1 use, the whole inside of the pants ripped open. I am no skinny minnie, however, I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE IN THE PAST

I love this suit, I can exercise in half the time now and the price was excellent! My doctor has only arthorized me to exercise for 30 minutes a day since I have asthma, arthritis in my joint and herniated disk in my neck and can only exercise for about 15 minutes before my chest tightens and I'm in servere pain. To top it all off I am anemic and when I exercise to long I can risk passing out. As you can imagine, that makes exercising with any results.....basically a MIRACLE! But with this sauna suit I have lost five pounds so far. That may not be much to most but for about 2 weeks of working out only for about 15 minutes for either 2 or 3 days each week. I think that is excellent results, and I don't feel tired nor am I in any pain from exercising anymore. I DON"T REGRET THE PURCHASE AT ALL!! Using this suit has inspired me to stick more to the diet the doctor gave me, so far both are working for me!
I do have a couple of suggestions...1: Get a size bigger than you are the suit will stick to your body (I'm 5ft 9in and about 225pounds now this suit was tight but it fit)...2: Get a xl,xxl that will fit better if your a big person like me...3: The suit can tear so be very careful when you take it off....4: You might have to take the suit off in the tub (yeah you might sweat that much)...5:Drink plenty of water everyday even when not using the suit.
THEY SHIPPED SO FAST AND THE PRICE WAS PERFECT FOR ANYONE ON A BUDGET!!!! THANKS FOR SELLING THIS SAUNA SUIT IT WAS SO NEEDED AND I TRULY APPRECIATE IT!!!!

I was attempting to do taebo in a group setting, and lets just say i'm glad that I had on shorts under this thing, because it was a "full moon" after I did a couple of squats. People save your money, and buy something else, or you could always duct tape where the sun doesn't shine if you know what I mean.

Now i have read other reviews and had thought that this was ok not the top is excellent the pants even after carefull puting on they ripped while i was on mai walk. as i walked home the ripp got bigge rand i had tu take mai shirt tu cover up. it looked like the pants along the seam is weak very weak might i suggest getting some clear packing tape and go over the seam along the in side that should help other wise the top is great.

I have used the Sauna top for a week straight at the gym during vigorous work outs with my trainer. I normally perspire during workouts but the sauna top had me drenching through an entire long sleeve shirt (worn under the top). I have yet to try the pants for fear of them ripping but the top is enough to get a serious sweat going. Note that I did have to cut the elastic at the neck to keep from choking.

This was the best idea ever!!! I don't sweat that much and I wanted more from my workouts. i do high intense workouts and I feel like i wasnt sweating enough so i decided to but this sweat suit. I researched it and read the reviews saying it was cheap and poorly made. I was skeptical but i bought it anyways. I used the top first and i have never sweated so much in my life it felt great!! Ive used it for 2 weeks now and have no problems with the ripping. I do wear a shirt underneath to prevent sticking. I finally got the courage to use the pants today and had no problem with them. i wore legging underneath as well. I LOVE THIS SUIT!!! i recommend it to anyone who wants to sweat more. It works wonders!!!

I ordered this product thinking that since i see alot of people walking with this thing on it must be durable. I was wrong. I wore it 2 times and the pants are totally ripped. I still use the shirt that has lasted.

I rated this one star because it got to me a day earlier than scheduled but after one wear with a 15 minute easy workout the leg ripped! I should have listened to the other reviews and avoided this product! A waste of money!
