 Good quality - assorted sizes, January 13, 2009

I almost didn't look at these bungee cords because of the low rating by another reviewer, but then I noticed that his review was a joke and didn't really review these bungee cords. And who in the world spends their time reviewing bungee cords anyway?
Well, me, I guess, but quickly. They're nice cords....good assorted lengths. They seem very strong. Colorful. What more can you say? That plus the great price convinced me. Hope this helps!

These are bungee cords and they work very well. I blought two 10 packs, for 20 total and keep them in the trunks of our two cars. They have already proven useful several times. They are strong and the hooks do not bend easily (as with other cheap cords). The colors are fine, but I noticed that they are not color coded by length. As between the two packages I puchased there was no connection between colors and sizes - which would have been useful - and is why I deducted one star.

Fine for light duty jobs but would not purchase again. The hooks actually straightened out while being used within suggested parameters.

These bungee cords have come in handy in so many situations. I can always find one that is long or short enough for the particular job. I have used them regularly to tie down my bikes on my car bike rack.

Never Again Will I be without fasteners for large items., May 11, 2010

This is a great selection of bungee cords. I immediately used several to hold in place the cover I bought for my electric mobility scooter. The scooter is outside and the cover keeps the weather out, except when the wind blows it off.These bungees keep the strong gusts of wind from tearing off the cover.
I am sure I will find additional uses for the others.

I only bought these straps online because I couldn't find what I wanted locally. Naturally, as soon as I received these, I found exactly what I wanted locally. It's not worth the trouble and cost of returning them to dentalBookshop.com, though, so I'll keep them. They're adequate. They're lighter weight than I expected, based on the price and similar items I'd seen locally. I don't care for the funky colors, but I didn't expect to decorate with them. Most of them will live in the trunk of my car unless required for those bits of unexpected roadside excitement....

Wish they came in a solid color, but assorted colors seems to be the norm for bungees.
If you have some items that you'd rather not have to worry about getting dented up, I might spend a couple bucks extra and spring (no pun intended) for the bungee cords with protective housings over the wrapped-around pieces of the metal hook that form the base. I'm actually having a hard-time finding them online, but I know Costco carries them. Otherwise, for most of the duties normally requiring the use of bungee's, these will do just fine.

This is a very straightforward item: It is, in fact, 10 various sized bungee cords in assorted colors. No surprised here. They come in three sizes, all useful in their own ways.
The bungees themselves are good quality. I've used them keep the back hatch of my SUV mostly closed when hauling something too long latch it shut and they've held firm. I've some of them several times with kayak gear and fishing gear and there's been no signs of chafing or wear on the cords yet. A good buy for the price.

This is a great price for the number and quantity of bungees that you get, especially compared to what they want for a single one at a big box store. They are of reasonably good quality to boot. I've used them to hold down my Xterra's hatch when I've got an oversized load in it, to hold closed a fence gate that was swinging in the wind, and other similar uses. None have broken on me yet! I keep one of each size in the back of my SUV (you never know!) and the rest in the garage.

This is a nice assortment of bungee chords. I only had two minor issues. 1) the little black protector ends fall off all the time. 2) the ones that are like spiders - with the ring are kind of silly (IMO). And if you take them apart you can not get them back together (not easy to break that ring I might add).
