Casual City Rider, December 29, 2009

These tires are lasting a while on terrible roads in Richmond. I haven't popped a tube with these on other than hitting a giant manhole cover at speed. Good low cost tire. My friend swears by the Krylion tires but I have yet to see a difference between them except for the price.

Nice looking tire, April 21, 2010

I mounted a yellow version of this to my front wheel. I would say that it is a durable tire for the price, but I am not using it anymore because the roads that I regularly ride on are too rough and littered all over with glass. I didn't expect anything extraordinary out of the product. If you ride on clean roads and are strict on your budget, go ahead and get it. As for me, I rarely ever encounter a long stretch of clean and high quality streets, so I am forced to test the market. Otherwise, I enjoyed riding on this tire.

150 miles going strong, July 2, 2010

150 miles so far, only flat was from running over glass. These tires seem durable, and it was easy to put on and take off.

Roll on high quality tires and save cash!, March 6, 2011

This was the best value in a 700x 23c road tire that also coordinated with the color of my road bike so that I could upgrade the stock tires my bike came with. Similar quality tires were selling for 3x as much.

Great Tire for the money!, December 9, 2010
By UsaVacantLand (Miami Florida)

I was impressed on how easy it was to install the tire. The tire is very flexible. I also installed some tuffy's on both tires since I ride an area where there is a lot of glass on the ground. I have only had them for about a week so I can't comment right now on their durability. I will report back in a few months to let you know how well they hold up. So far they seem to be very good for me.
Okay after about two months my rear tire developed a curve in the tire. It was making a bumping noise so when I stopped I saw that the tire had a curve on it so the thin layer of sidewalls gave out on the tire. This was only after I put 1600 miles on the tire. I ordered some new ones and will see if these will hold up better that the last one I had. It still seems like they are good tires for the money, but only time will tell.

Good so far, November 26, 2010

I've owned and ridden on a pair of the Orium's for about a month now putting on a little under 100 miles and so far they've performed as well as I could expect from tires at this price point. The ride is smooth at the recommended 115 psi and doesn't seem to lose traction on wet roads compared to my old continental ultras. Since I haven't ridden much I can't vouch for durability just yet but while mounting the build quality was reasonable and I couldn't see any reasons why it won't hold up, I'll update the review once I'm proven wrong.
On another note the blue 23's look great.

Not for adults, April 18, 2011

I give this a 1 star because these tires are rated for 102#. Not enough pressure for a 200# man. I blew a tube within 50 miles.

Not as good as they say., February 10, 2011

I am a collegiate racer and well these tires just dont cut.
The tire flatted twice with in the first week in two different places. And then once again a couple weeks down the road. If you include the cost of tubes and co2 you are better off buying better tires to begin with.
The tire ate 3 tubes and 3 C02 cartridge so that brings the total price of the tire to roughly 44 dollars. I am sure you can find a cheaper more dependable tire for that price.

Just as advertised, November 28, 2011

I bought a set of 25mm tires for winter commuting. I wanted the stability. The price was right and the tires are as advertised. They are heavier than Kevlar 23mm but they are good training tires, resist flats and provide stability. For the money, I'm pleased.
