Protect your floor from sweat, stains, and rubber marks while riding your indoor bike trainer with the Minoura Training Mat Lite. Indoor bike training is a great form of exercise, but there's no cool wind to keep you from overheating during your workout. As a result, the sweat starts to build. The Training Mat Lite contains the sweat with its soft foam urethane material. In fact, the mat is so comfortable that it doubles as a yoga or picnic mat. It's important to protect your floor from sweat because of its consistency, which includes waste material and ammonia that can cause bad smells later on. The mat also safeguards your floor from the elastomer rubber foot caps on the bottom of most indoor trainers. Because your bike vibrates during training, the foot caps often cause difficult-to-remove stains. The mat keeps your floor stain-free no matter how often you train. Note that this mat does not include a noise-reduction function. The Training Mat Lite measures 68.3 by 29.5 inches and weighs 3.75 pounds.

wow this mate smells like brand new plactic so put it out side for acouple of days but other then that this mate works great

Using rollers produces a shocking amount of sweat. It will ruin your bike, ruin the floors, and generally stink up the place. This mat does a good job of minimizing the damage. Also, it has a tacky surface that's easy to stand on in bike shoes (though it sticks out only a little bit around the bike so make a difference only during the immediate mount and dismount).

Initially a Cycle OPS Mat was sent, but seller quickly turned around and corrected mistake by sending the Minoura Mat along with a pre-paid UPS label for the return item. We were in contact via email at all times. Turn around time was rapid and confirmation was provided on both ends. The Minoura Mat was an exact fit for my Action Roller Advance trainer. The Cycle OPS Mat was designed for a fixed roller unit. Seller did a great job ensuring customer was taken care of!!
