They fit snug but not too snug and provide great elbow and forearm protection. I recommend getting the size larger than you think you need. I've had problems with protection gear, where I purchased the size the company says is right for me and having it be too small.

These elbow pads breathe pretty decently and protect very well as well as being comfortable at the same time. The only thing I didn't like about them is that the strap system to tighten them down doesn't allow for much adjustment. These may fit a bit loose for someone with a slim build. I'm a pretty stocky guy and they fit almost perfect on my except for the top part on the bicep seems to sag a bit, but even with that the pads stay put for the most part and don't move around as your biking.

Excellent protection. Saved my b### several times. Of course of you don't fall, well then, I wouldn't need these would I? However, I challenge the massive mountains in South Florida as I push my full suspension Giant bike to it's limits. The bike does great. It's the rider that needs help, hence, the Launch Pad protection. Get yours today! LOL, I couldn't resist. It's a good product. Ride safe!

I have the Fox Launch knee/shinguards and I can tell you from experience that between the two Fox has already saved me from serious injury. after several rides with those the same elbow pads were a no brainer. these are worth every penny and I have not seen a better set of pads out there. it seems that everyone is always fussing with their pads. not these. they stay in place well and they are very comfortable. a full body weight landing right on my elbow didn't even seem to transfer any shock, much less pain or injury. excellent product.
