Bought this for my 3 year old granddughter for her birthday. She loved it and had no problem keeping it on as long as she did not have clips or a pony tail in her hair.

This product is for a very small child - 2-3 years old tops. It is good for getting them used to wearing a helmet.

This set of helmet and pads is a grandmothers Win Win. Grandma wins 'cause she knows her precious granddaughter will be safer wearing them and my granddaughter wins because she can now ride her bike in 3 Year Old Style! She loves Dora Dora! Thanks!

This adorable helmet and knee pads have an age designation for 3yrs plus. The helmet would barely fit a normal six month old head! Had a Dora loving 2 year old horribly disappointed at her birthday party because the helmet would not fit no matter how hard we tried!

The picture was very misleading. The color on the picture was totally different from what i received, which was more of a pink and purple combination on the helmet and purple pads. Also i expected to receive 2 knee pads and 2 elbow pads based on the picture but only received 2 pads, so i have to choose if i want to protect my daughter's knees or elbows. But all in all my daughter loves it. By the way she is three and the helmet fits her fine.

I ordered this helmet - pad set for my 2yr old daughter's b-day to go with her lil Dora Quad Power Wheels. They are very cute. We have not had her party yet, but I'm sure she will love them. However the picture shows 4 pads. This set only comes with 1 set of pads for knees or elbows. So don't make my mistake. Read the product details.

The merchandise picture show 4 pads but actually it includes only 2 pads, which means my daughter's elbows or knees would not be protected. They should show right picture!!

Being PINK and sporting the popular Dora the Explorer, this helmet was appealing to our three year old granddaughter. Because she likes it, she doesn't fight us on wearing it. The knee pads were a nice accompanyment, and can also be used playing soccer and working in the garden. Nice quality for the price. And the peace of mind is worth every penny spent.

Unfortunately, the product design pictured is NOT the one that was sent. I went to a local store to see if they had this particular helmet, so I could see if I liked it. I did like it and I loved the colors on it. I decided to purchase from Amazon because this came with knee and elbow pads, the one in store did not. I was pretty disappointed when I opened the box and the helmet was a light purple color instead of the blue and hot pink. But, it's a helmet!

My four yr old loves this helmet. It is adorable and fits well. My biggest problem was getting it to fit properly. The straps were hard to adjust. Other than that the helmet is great

It looks cuter on the computer screen. The colors are really faded in person. My daughter is small for a 27 month old, and it barely fits her. Works for now...but won't last long.

The helmet doesn't fit well but will go on. The strap for the knee pads will not go all the way around her leg. She is a normal size child. But since she loves Dora, we've had to rig it until we can find another Dora one.

Nice helmet for my little girl, though she is 2 and it is still a little big for her, but still fits. Don't use the knee pads though. She is use to asking for her Dora helmet before she gets on her bike.

The helmet is for 3years and up but my daughter is 2years old and it can barely fir her head....You have to go bigger in order to get the sizing right. I also got one for my son and it does not fit him either...save your time and money and just buy it bigger.

My daughter was so excited when she saw this helmet. She didn't want to take it off. The colors are great and the pictures are clear. I do wish it had more of the characters but my daughter was happy with just Dora.

This is a very cute set of helmet for toddler girls. My daughter instantly loved it when she saw it. That said, she is a bit reluctant to wear it all the time because it bothers her, but she doesn't like hats in general. I am happy with it.
The only thing is that it has only two pads. Now that I read the description, they are clear in saying elbows OR knees. However, the picture is deceiving (three pads are shown...). Well, just so you know.

The Helmet and knee pads are great and the colors are crisp. My daughter is an year old (about 23 pounds) and the helmet is slightly big for her but otherwise is a great product. I am not worried if it's a bit big as it'll fit well in a couple of months.
