Customers' Reviews:   Very Very good and effective I have been using Plax and Listerine all my life but one swig of this and I was sold. Signed, LifeTime Customer Warning, contains Sodium Lauryl Sulfate If you get canker sores, do not use this product. It contains sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), which has been proven to cause canker sores for people who are prone to them or sensitive to SLS (a soap). My dentist recommended this and the Tom's toothpaste as I used to get constant canker sores. This did not help at all, and I eventually switched to Sensodyne, which is SLS-free. No more canker sores, ever! So for many people, this mouthwash may be fine, but for those of you looking for the information that I was, YES this product does contain SLS. Tastes Bad I have been using Tom's regular mouth wash up until I could not find it in any local store. I decided to try the anti cavity version from amazon. I do not like the taste as well as the regular. I would get the regular next time. It does seem to be better than other brands with alcohol. Great Product BUT this is NOT a great deal on Amazon I love Tom's of Maine. I've used their toothpastes and mouthwashes for the last 2 years. I've never had a single dental issue. I feel great about using their product as they are a socially responsible and cruelty free company. Their mouthwashes are so refreshing and my mouth feels so clean after use. There is no nasty aftertaste or weird coloring used so it makes you feel so fresh after usage. These bottles sold on Amazon are 473ml. They are relatively small. Wal Mart and Target sell Tom's mouthwash (albeit not all the different types) and these bottles are 709ml and cost less than $5. I was very disappointed when i received my order from Amazon (although it was my fault for not looking closely at the volume). The quantity is less and the cost more. I highly recommend the product but the price on Amazon is way too high. I'm giving 5 stars to the product itself but I'd go to my local Wal Mart/Target to get it in the future. Tom's is the best! Maybe I'm biased because I'm from Maine, but I just think that Tom's of Maine makes the best oral care products. I love this mouthwash and my only complaint is that it doesn't last long enough! It seems like I'm always buying more, which is a good reason to buy it on Amazon in packs of 4. Sweet!
