and easy to order. I've had a hard time finding the right bobbins in the store, but when I was able to order them by identifying the machine,
I worried no more. Now I don't need to empty a bobbin to fill it with the right color! Always good to have lots in stock!!

These bobbins work well! I have a large number of bobbins pre-loaded with colors to save me time while I sewing. I like the clear bobbins before it is easy for me to tell the colors without taking them out while they are sitting in their storage box. Initially I was concerned that clear plastic will not be as durable as metal, but this turned out to be not an issue. They survived being dropped on the floor and other accidents just fine.

I bought these with my embroidery machine so that I could pre-load some basic colors for easily matching projects, and quick bobbin loading. I love that I bought this - the thread pack I bought had basic colors, so I matched the bobbins with those, and it's been easy breezy smooth sailing since. It was a great priced investment!

The 10 bobbins are great looking, arrived quickly and in perfect condition, but they do not fit in my brother "pacesetter" like they said they would; they appear to be just a hair thicker than they're suppose to be, but enough that my thread catches and I cannot sew.

The product fit my sewing machine perfectly. I had tried to purchase these bobbins at fabric stores but they never quite fit my machine. I was told to never use bobbins that were not custom fit to your machine. They might work but they will damage your machine in the long run.

Not for all Brother (or Singer) Machines, August 24, 2011

These bobbins do not work in my Brother Embroidery/Sewing machine (style SA156 bobbin). They do not work in my Singer Embroidery/sewing machine (style 15J bobbin),either. The thread gets knotted up within the first 20 stitches. These bobbins do not have a slightly rounded top/bottom, which is an important feature for Brother and Singer embroidery/sewing machines. The way to tell a "real" SA156 or 15J bobbin is to hold it up against a flat surface. If the center is slightly higher than the edges, the bobbin is the real deal. If it is flat, it is an imitation, albeit with the correct center height and width. These work fine in my Brother low-end sewing machine, so I will keep them, but after several unsuccessful attempts I am through trying to buy true SA156 or 15J bobbins from online retailers other than the embroidery/sewing machine manufacturers.

These bobbins were exactly as they were advertised. They were delivered as promised and fulfilled the needs of my wife who is the quilter. She needed to augment the number of bobbins provided by the manufacturer.

I do not know if mine got misplaced with another style bobbin because it came in a small zip lock bag with no item number. The ones i got where to small for my Brother sewing machine and did not work at all.

I have searched for bobbins for my Brother XL 2600i for quite a while now without much success. So, I decided that Amazon.com may have them.
They did and I should have looked at Amazon for them from the start.
I ordered them and they came from Metropolitans Warehouse in New York.
I got them in 3 days without S&H charges.
They are the exact bobbins that came with the machine. The price was great compared to many places I looked at for bobbins.
You can't go wrong ordering from Amazon.
Needless to say, I am quite happy with this company and the product.

These bobbins work perfectly for my machine. There is no approximation at all, just a perfect fit. Sure there are other brands that will work and you keep hearing the bobbin tap-tapping under. Not this one.
