I bought this bike as a health aid. I'm 64 yrs. old and need to lose weight. I'm 300 lbs. This bike is as comfortable as bikes get. It's easy to ride. 3 speed is fine for my type of riding. Good build on the bike. I spent the time to put it together right and have had no troubles with it.
