5.0 out of 5 stars.  Great snowblower cover, March 3, 2010
By Rick (Boston, MA)
I live in New England and because I have no garage I leave my snowblower out it the weather. (It starts and runs fine... It is a tank!!)

I ordered this cover without high expectations. It fits my large snowblower well. The material is strong and doesn't break, cut or wear badly, even in the icy cold weather. The elastic holds tight to the blower and doesn't blow off even with just having a major nor'easter coming through.

I'm very happy with it. I've had it on outside for 3 months now. I'll buy the same when this wears out as they inevitably do.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Good quality snowblower cover, December 31, 2009
By Terence Thomas (Arnold, CA)
The snowblower cover is good quality and fits my 8hp 24" Yard Machine (MTD) snowblower like a glove. I like that it has a small pouch attached to the cover where you can fold up the cover when not in use.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Great cover, good price, January 31, 2010
By Avid Reader (Des Moines, IA)
I have a pretty good sized 2-stage Snow Thrower and this covered it GREAT!! The elastic bottom holds it firmly in place and keeps the dust and garage debris off the unit very well. Fabric is thick and sturdy, but not bulky. If you have invested in a large snow blower, then this is definitely an investment worth your time. Purchased thru Amazon cheaper than the local Lowe's and it arrived in good shape in time.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Works Well, July 29, 2010
By Lynn (Arlington, VA)
This works well -- fits and seems to be holding up just fine. It is also less than half the price of the cover made "for" my snow blower -- i.e., the same brand as the machine -- which was priced at an amazing $65. How much can you charge for what is basically a tailored tarp? I expect to throw this cover over my lawn mower during the winter.
I think fears that it is too thin are misplaced. I recommend it.
Addendum (January 8, 2012): The cover is still in perfect shape. Hard to beat!

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Does exactly what it says it does, November 30, 2010
By Richard Roy (Boston, MA)
This will cover pretty much any 24" snowblower and higher. I'm sure there's a max, but this has a lot of play, but not so much that it's loose. I have a 26" that's 5 feet long and quite bulky (Ariens 1128 Pro). Fits well and will keep dust, snow, water at bay. Note: wait until snowblower has cooled off before putting the cover on.

4.0 out of 5 stars.  Nice Cover For The Price, February 19, 2012
By Lefty
This cover is lightweight but durable. Takes a little learning to put the cover on if you never used one before. There is a yellow tag that saids front. I put this on my snowblower chute, then work it back over the handbars and and down the rest of the rear of the blower. Then I take the front resting over the chute and pull it foward over the blower auger bucket. Hope this helps someone.

I've owned this cover for five months and it normally holds tight in 30 to 40 mph winds. But it did blow off in a 60 mph wind storm. It didn't rip or get damaged in any way. So now I put a large bungee cord around it if I know high winds are forecasted or for summer storage.

3.0 out of 5 stars.  Snowblower Cover, May 10, 2010
By Ed (CT)
I purchased this unit to cover a new 30 inch self-propelled snowblower. It is adequate to do the job, but it is so thin that I fear that it will rip readily

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Good after market cover, August 13, 2011
By flashawk (Twain Harte, Ca.)
Cover fits perfect, made of high quality material and has an elastic cord all the way around the bottom. I am using this on my Husqvarna 924SB, at first I didn't think it was going to fit and then I realized that I needed to put it on over the handles first then work my way to the front. If I tried it the other way, it would stretch too tight and not go on without tearing it. Great cover, worth the money.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Snow blower cover, May 1, 2011
By Midwest
Cover is great, everything I expected. I have a Cub Cadet 28" two stage machine and it fit perfectly. It is easy to put on and fits snugly. My snow blower sits outside and this cover has stayed on in some 30-40 mph winds. Very impressed. The vendor was very good. Received an email shipping confirmation and the cover was here in just a couple days.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Snug Fit, February 17, 2011
By Foghog
The cover is well made and fits the Ariens Platinum 24' perfectly. This model Ariens is a big 24" blower with 250cc Briggs, large wheels and 14" auger. The cover includes a stuff bag stitched to the cover to prevent loss. I love it and it appears to be perfect for indoor storage and I beleive it would be suitable if forced to store outdoors. The elastic hem keeps the cover very secure and could not blow off in a storm. This time I got it right picking this cover!

4.0 out of 5 stars.  snowblower cover, December 28, 2010
By C. Manos
This cover comes in a compact box and unfolds readily. The underside of the elastic hem in the black fabric has a label with the words "front" to designate that this part of the cover belongs at the front end of the snow blower. There are no other markings to guide the new owner. My suggestion is that you practice installing the cover on your machine, not only to make sure it will fit (it probably will), but to insure that you can install it easily on that cold snowy and wintry day when you are outdoors and want to cover your snow blower in order to be ready for the next snowstorm. Trying to figure out how to install this cover in near zero weather can be an experience you'll long remember.

4.0 out of 5 stars.  Good value., October 23, 2010
By Darren R
I've purchased two of these covers. Squirrels chewed through my first. I keep my snowblower outside year round and this cover has done the job of keeping the blower totally clean and protected nicely. It is not very heavy duty and the quality of the material could be heavier but it is a good value at this price. I have a large craftsman 2stage and it covers it nicely.

1.0 out of 5 stars.  Not what I expected., March 30, 2011
By Bedford F. Brown
The cover doesn't fit my thrower, yet the description says it fits 2 stage units. There should be a cover available that measures the cover to fit each unit. There should be a video, that shows how the cover goes on.

4.0 out of 5 stars.  Two-Stage snowblower cover, May 10, 2012

Seems to be constructed about the same as other covers I've had, perhaps a bit heavier. The proof will be in the pudding and see how many seasons it lasts when stored outside in the summer!

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Quality Is Good..., May 2, 2012
By johnboy008 (cape cod,ma)
Bought off season to cover my blower and this one was inexpensive and had decent reviews on Amazon. Well, it seems that not only is Amazon a good place to shop,(fast delivery and great price), but that the reviewers are smart too. Has thickness to material that usually comes with the more expensive covers! I have an Ariens 30" model bought in 2011, and this covers right down to the ground..

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Fits "like a glove.", April 22, 2012
By guapodevil (CT)
The product was received promptly. It is made out of durable material and fits my snow thrower perfectly. It should protect it during our hot humid summer and I'll be ready to use my 29 inch blower next winter (unless climate change - which is real - makes next winter moot!)

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Perfect fit for my Ariens 926, April 6, 2012

Fits great on my Ariens 926, a replacement to my old cover by the same manufacturer. That one last 7 years or so in the Colorado sun. I expect this one to do the same.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Great Cover, March 14, 2012
By dpboss (NY)
I bought this cover based on the excellent reviews and hoping it would fit my Poulan snow thrower Model Number: PR5524ES. It fits perfectly and might even fit a larger snow thrower. In the past winters I kept my snow thrower in the garage with my car and had to back my car out every time I needed to use the snow thrower, with this cover I can leave the snow thrower outside. My previous cover was cheap plastic and lasted half of this winter season before it ripped to pieces.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  snow thrower cover, March 11, 2012

The cover is a nice weight for the snow thrower. It is very nice for the price. Our part of Ohio has not had enough snow to use the snow thrower this year. We will still cover the blower till next year!

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Great cover - good price, February 27, 2012
By Rweg14539
This cover fits my older Ariens snow blower with room to spare.
The cover is lightweight but is reinforced at key points. With a little care installing and removing (so as to not cut it on any sharp edges) , this cover will last a long time. I have had the cover for a year now and it just like when I first got it. The elastic bottom has not loosened a bit and still holds it well in place. I do not have a garage so I use the cover all year to protect the blower from the elements.
I would recommend this cover to anyone. Great product at a good price.

4.0 out of 5 stars.  better cover, February 12, 2012
By McDust
I recently purchased an Arnold cover and was so disappointed I bought this one instead. The Arnold cover is huge, way to big for almost any machine. This one fits my 24" Ariens nicely with plenty of stretch in the hem to hold it on in the winter wind, and is plenty roomy for a 32" or most homeowner machines. The fabric is light but durable, my previous one lasted for years until I was a little hasty putting it on the lawnmower (summer use too!) and melted large holes in it with the muffler.
Definitely the one to buy.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Snowblower Cover for Two Stage Machine, January 28, 2012
By Donna M. Mclain (Lenexa, KS USA)
This cover for the Two Stage Snow Thrower fit my Craftsman 24 inch model perfectly. I think it would also fit models a few inches wider because of the long elastic which keeps it snug. It also was a great fit around the handle area all the way down to the wheels. It was a great design, storing in its attached small bag until used then the small bag is a great place to keep the AC wall starter cord, and spare shear pins.

4.0 out of 5 stars.  FITS GREAT, January 22, 2012
By SupRmegaBLAKOL
This cover fit my John Deere 828d snow blower perfectly once I figured out which end went where. (HINT: attached bag goes on handle bar end) It goes on easily and covers the entire machine, including the tires, without getting hung up on any parts. There is nothing to strap, the bottom is all elastic, fits snuggly yet not tightly, so it is very easy to remove and seems it would stay on in heavy winds, unlike the tarp I used before this purchase. The biggest problem, and the reason I only gave this 4 stars, is that the material is VERY THIN. Although it seems to be a durable, nylon-type material, I'm guessing it will tear easily.

4.0 out of 5 stars.  Good for newer 2-stage blowers, December 7, 2011

Good quality, light weight materials, BUT...it did not fit my 1976 B&S Trutest snow blower. The product description should include the maximum dimensions it can accommodate.

3.0 out of 5 stars.  Give me time...., December 3, 2011
By BobSays (Finland, MN)
Asking to review a product whose benefit cannot be assessed without the test of time is meaningless. What can I tell you about the product out of the box?

> It is thinner material than I would have expected. I'm storing my blower outdoors in front of my porch and it promises to get a workout. The $40 cover for my Weber grill is several time sturdier. I wish they were interchangeable.

> I have an eight-horse, 2stage MTD. Any larger unit would not accept this size..... therefore it is not for ALL 2 stage blowers if it's expected to skirt to the ground. A longer unit would be questionable too.

> Pulling it on is difficult... binding either on the handles or the auger cage. It has to be coaxed into place.

> There are no holes or special reinforcement for handle levers. Let's see what the wind, snow, removal and replacement along with general usage does to these friction area.

Ask me later.

3.0 out of 5 stars.  Snowblower cover, November 28, 2011
By Scotty (East Berne, NY USA)
Thin material and will tear easily if not careful putting on & taking off. Will do the job keeping the elements off, but I will be seeking a more durable cover in the future. It does fit the snowblower nicely though, just cheaply made.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Buy it!!!!, November 8, 2011
By Western Mass.
Was running out of room in my shed and decided to put my spare snowblower under my carport. I then looked for a protective cover. I found this item and seemed worth it. Very fast shipping. Product very well made, has very secure elastic type bottom to surround snowblower. My spare snowblower is a 10 years old Craftsman 9 hp. Fits excellent, but there is not really much more room to spare so if you have a jumbo sized snowblower this my not fit as expected. My new Craftsman snowblower the handles are way back toward the operator so it may not fit as snug, but it would cover it.
