Ok but too "light"., March 16, 2017

Some good tips but somewhat superficial. I was looking for a book that took the "case history" approach. That is, examples of how physicians stay motivated and stimulated; how primary care physicians make time to stay medically current.

Dr. Bernard gets it, March 13, 2017

I have been a nurse for over 40 years and have worked with many physicians. Dr. Bernard's approach to patient care should be incorporated by all physicians. Her approach to physician/ patient relationships puts the patient at the center allowing patient input and choice.

A true Rock Star Doctor, March 13, 2017

Dr. Bernard's book should be read by patients as well as medical staff. It provides a clear and concise description of the ultimate for personal and attentive medical care. As a patient I have experienced this first hand and the attention I received surpasses any prior medical care.

but nice to summarize it in a succinct format, January 31, 2016

Nothing that we don't already know, but nice to summarize it in a succinct format, and great motivational book to remind ourselves that we can do this. We're already good at what we do -- we just have to highlight it for others to see.
