I remember when I was young using a homemade toothpaste of baking soda and salt, it was great this is why I got this book, however, it's nothing I would use or do, I'll stick with my dad's old formula

My mother and sister used to make their own body soap and lotions, except making DIY toothpaste. This is actually a gift for them, this book presents trouble-free, uncomplicated instructions on how to make their very own toothpaste. For what I’ve read all ingredients are available in the market, not hard to find and not so expensive.

This is a great book that has useful information on th how's and whys of toothpaste ingredients. It has recipes with safe effective and easy to obtain ingredients.
