It's toothpaste and it's not the first time I'm buying it. I love the Colgate Clean Mint flavor. It does the job that it is supposed to do. The price was reasonable. One cannot go wrong. Go ahead and buy it.

What a difference

I used Colgate regular flavor for years. I tried Clean Mint Paste and couldn't believe the difference! It makes your mouth feel clean and refreshed after using. No more regular for me. I now only use Clean Mint Paste.
