This is the funniest, most refreshingly honest book I've read in years. The narrator is an uncouth boxer, trying to make it in life by pursuing a career in the prestigious world of dentistry. It's the narrator's voice that makes this novel such a winner. He's devious but honest, crass but lovable, pathetic but heroic. You root for him despite the insanity of his schemes. This novel's hilarious, action-packed, and just all-around entertaining. I highly recommend this book.

I could not put this book down it was so funny. I will never look at my own dentist in the same way again. Highly recommended!!
