Goes great with Nortech's mini compresses. If you have multiple cold compresses you can swap one into this wrap while you refreeze the melted compresses. I appreciate how the cover's material is way more permeable to cold and heat than other compress caddies I tried.
The only thing that took getting use to was the means of fastening the wrap to the head. The strap can only be adjusted by placing it in different positions on the cover's velcro back. I would have preferred a buckle or D ring to adjust the tightness of the pack but I guess those methods aren't used because hard pieces could be uncomfortable or unusable by people recovering from extensive head trauma.
But the strap is a fair length and I expect it would fit any normal size adult head, even with significantly disproportionate swelling.
