It looks fine but it is less refined in reality than on the picture on the website. There are weld marks and the color is darker that in the picture. The handle that dentist is holding is an actual screw (?!) and it looks freaking scary for a business card holder. Imagine you are a patient and you take a business card from you dentist who has a big screw in her hand. We actually had to cut a piece of black tape and cover the screw so it's more palatable.

Excellent attention to detail and very well made. I bought this as a gift to my aunt who is a dentist and this is now placed prominently at her dental office
