I wish it had more of the "how to" and not just they why. My ND gave my a pack of needles and showed me how to treat myself but I wasn't sure if I was doing it correctly so I wanted another source.

This book is great and jam-packed with tons of great information on the history, background and application of Acupuncture. And for those of you who haven't tried acupuncture yet, give it a whirl -- it'll change your life. This book explains all you need to know.
