This book is easy to navigate and covers everything from a general overview of pointed pressure massage to detailed instructions of how to apply the technique. It has an overview of the body systems and covers a vast array of health issues. It seems to have a treatment for practically any problem from the most minor of ailments up to major issues. It contains many illustrated charts and diagrams and the material is presented in a way that is simple to understand for any layman.

An excellent book that covers all the aspect of health problem. Recuuring problems like headache, children problem like thumb sucking has definite solution.
