I always buy my uniform from Dickies but this is my favorite design. The material is as expensive expected, it feels comfortable to wear. Aside from its design that enhances the waist area, i like that instead of a regular pocket, it has compartments making it easier to locate smaller items. I like to be organized even with the things in my pocket, and this offers me that convenience.

These are by far my favorite scrubs. There's so many pockets to hold all the things I need as a nurse. Working in the ICU, I don't have a rolling workstation that will hold all my stuff - I need a million pockets! Plus, the fabric has a teeny bit of give which means few wrinkles and the double stitching makes them look a little bit nicer than the average scrubs. They come in petite which means I don't have to hem them!

Dickies are the best scrubs period. I have tried other scrubs in the past but nothing fits as well or resists all the stuff they go through. From getting pulled on, many different body fluids besides my own sweat. Normally scrub pants for me where out first in the thighs but not Dickies. Also all the pocket options make my day a bit easier in being more time effective and prepared for what lays ahead in my day as a nurse.

I love the look of this top. I was sort of torn between sizes because on the page it says "junior" fit but in my cart it was women's fit. So I ordered both medium and extra small (with the impression that the medium would fit a little smaller than a regular womens medium). But the medium was definitely big and fit just like a women's medium and the extra small was just fine. A LITTLE tight for me around the waist. I am 5' 4" and 123lbs. The sleeves are perfect. overall I'd purchase again in a small maybe and in a different color.

This scrub top style (the flex junior) is the only type that I like. I am a plus sized lady and I find a lot of scrub tops are restrictive, especially when reaching my arms in front of me. They'll cut off my circulation and won't move with me, especially from my thicker arms and broad shoulders (I'm also just a big person/jolly giant in general). This is why I wear these - the material stretches when you need it too. This is important in nursing, you're bending and reaching all day long and I need my scrubs to stretch with me instead of cutting my arms off every time I work with a patient. They're super comfortable and the fit is pretty flattering, I feel it accentuates my waist nicely for a scrub top.
Do note that if you get white, you will need to wear an undershirt (as with any white scrub top) unless you're okay with everyone seeing your bra, should you wear one.
