These are well made and warmer than any scrub hat i have used in three decades in the operating room. They are made as a one-size-fits-all so they are a bit long for those of us with smaller noggins. If you like a hat covering the top of your ears, these are great. My seamstress wife has made a slight alteration for a perfect fit. I ordered 5 more of these!
