Didn't last long

Bought this tooth brush on 2/7/17. It worked just fine up until 11/13/17 when I put it on the charger and it didn't light up or charge. So now I have a $100+ manual tooth brush. My previous Oral-B tooth brush 2-pack was bought in 2002 and my toothbrush died in February of 2017. My wife uses the other one and it still works fine 15 years later. I'm really disappointed in the lack of quality of the brush. Was this review helpful to you?


Helpful for reducing plaque and tartar, but where's the travel cord?

Two dental hygienists recommended this particular model of toothbrush to me. they both liked the illuminating ring that tells you when you're applying too much pressure. I've had other electric toothbrushes in the past, and this is the only one that doesn't make my nose itch. I don't know if that's good or bad, but I appreciate being able to brush my teeth without having to grab my nose. My only gripe is that the box that comes with it for travel has a hole in the bottom so you can plug in a travel charger, but the travel charger cord doesn't come with it. The stationary one does, and I stand it in that one after every use, but the travel cord doesn't. So I have to schlep the entire charging base when I travel, which I do a lot. Not a huge issue, but not convenient, and I can't use the box that came with it. I like having several options for cycles. I use the sensitive one. I also like the 30-second wobble that tells me it's time to move on to another quadrant of my mouth. I do two minutes every morning and night - top, bottom, inside, and outside each get 30 seconds and I don't have to watch the clock. Very good product with illegible instruction manual

I feel that I am finally able to seriously brush my teeth. I love that aspect of it. Would like it better if the instruction manual provided were actually readable.
