4.0 out of 5 stars.  Consider a newer version, December 09, 2015

I bought this used, and not the most up to date version. My preferred source here is Clark's Orofacial pain, but having an affirming opinion is always nice

I put 5 stars because the shipping was very fast and the book, although not new is in perfect condition. I recommend it to dentists who want to expand their knowledge
