This is good to learn terminology geared toward the dental office but if your spanish is limited it will no translate into learning a lot of new language

This book is fantastic---it has every part of the body in Spanish and a variety of sentences using the dental terminology for those who need a "translation". Super!!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Book, December 30, 2012
By Joy (Fairfax, VA)
It seems like a very expensive book for such a small paperback book, but it is what my grand daughter needed and wanted. She seemed to be happy with it and that it would prove useful to her in her work. I Hope so.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Love it, February 26, 2012

Great product, is for someone who has some low level Spanish understanding. Not for someone who has never even taken a high school Spanish class.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  necessary for dental health care personel serving Hispanic populations, February 02, 2009
By Randy Travis (Kentucky)
This is an excellent reference on english to spanish translation of words and phrases necessary to render dental care to spanish speaking folks. It is not however, a substitute for a rudimentary working ability to speak/read spanish. It comes with a CD that has pretty much the entire book on it so that one can print out any or all of the book that they find themselves using frequently. I would recommend this book along with a good elementary education in conversational spanish through local academic intitutions or computer assisted instruction.

This is a cool book, lots of useful phrases. But I'm not sure how well I'll do with learning and using them!
