When I purchased this book, I thought it was the AACN procedure manual. This book covers some of the same ground (a little out of date) but is not equivalent!

This book has been extremely helpful to me in the preparation of my master's thesis in materials science, physics. In no other text on dental materials have I found such concise, easy-to-read facts on restorative materials. The figures and diagrams are wonderful
