This product came just as advertised and fit perfectly over my stock seat.
The pad made riding immeasurably more comfortable. I have ridden over two hours at a time and had no discomfort.
I highly recommend this product.

I started taking spin classes and needed some extra cushioning. For the price, it was worth it. I had to take away one star because it is difficult for me to get on the seat(maybe it's made for real bikes and not stationary?).

The dimensions of 14L x 8.8W given for this product are completely untrue. This product measures 11L X 8W. I bought it for a Townie Electra Bike Seat which is 10L x 10W. It did not fit. I does fit my husband's bike seat which measures 10L x 6W. Otherwise I would be sending it back.

Gel Cover Works on a Narrower Seat, February 8, 2007

We had purchased replacement (wider, better padding) seats for our bicycles. It was my fault for not measuring the seat dimensions before ordering. The gel cover did not fit on the wider seat. Our solution: we re-installed the original bicycle seats and then used the gel cover.
We're in Florida where bicycle riding IS possible in February, but the weather has been wetter and colder so we have had limited opportunities for testing the seats. So far, after getting used to the narrower seat, we do feel the gel cover is doing a good job for casual cycling. We can do a 5-mile loop around our development (without going out on a main road).

It arrived before the bike and I suspect it is comfortable but I will never get to find out. It IS the recommended seat cover for the Convenience Foldable Stow Away Exercise Bike. It doesn't fit- not even close.

I bought this seat cover for the Confidence Foldable Stow Away Exercise Bike which I also purchased here on Amazon. In fact, this seat cover was "paired" with the exercise bike by Amazon when they try to upsell you with the "other customers also bought this" message. So I did. When it arrived it was too small to fit on the exercise bike. I kept it to use on my regular bicycle, but it annoyed me that it would be "recommended" but not fit the item it was recommended for.

Definitely very cushioned and more than comfortable. It fits easily yet snugly on the Schwinn stationary bikes used for Cycle class at my fitness center. I've had other seat covers that were difficult to stretch over and around the entire seat. I did once forgot to tie the cord off, behind the cord locking mechanism and cord did loosen and seat popped off during class. However, with proper tying performance is everything it should be.

I'm sure it's very comfortable, but I will never get to find out. It IS the recommended seat cover for the Convenience Foldable Stow Away Exercise Bike. BUT it does NOT FIT. Unfortunately, I missed the previous reviews indicating the same disappointment. This is the 1st time Amazon has steered me wrong.

Before my wife and I actually purchased (2) 3x gel bicycle seat covers I read the reviews first. Seeing that sizing was important I measured our seats, which were slightly smaller than the size stated on the product description. However, when we received them and put them on they fit like a glove. I know they wouldn't ever fit a larger seat as indicated. Caution: In my opinion...it'll only fit a slightly smaller seat.
Once installed, we tried them out. (Our rear-ends were still sore from the original seats that came on the bicycles.) The gel seats felt soooo much better and improved our cycling experience by 90%. It's still doesn't make it feel like we're sitting on a pillow by any means, but it's a significant improvement.
Bottom line...we are happy with our purchase of our gel seats. To us they were worth the money.

I thought I would get more comfort than this. I thought wrong. The first time I used the cover, it was just okay. The second time I used it, the cover actually fell off the seat in the middle of my cycling class. So I'm not really sure if I sould have even bought it. I probably should have just allowed myself to get use to the seat...

My folding bike seat was very uncomfortable until I bought this fantastic comfortable gel seat. If you want to ride in comfort, and I do love bike riding, get this gel seat. It is easy to stretch over your seat and you can take it with you when you lock up your bike.

My brother recently started taking a spenning class at his gym. He remembered that I had one of these cushions on my bike at home and wondered if it could be used in his gym class. Well I sent him this cushion I purchased from this site, needless to say he wrote back that I had saved the day not to mention his rear.

So sad that manufacturers now days have to fib about there product to make a sale. It seems to be about that almighty dollar rather than just selling an honestly described product. It is so frustrating to check and then double check and check again to make sure it is the correct one and find out the manufacture is NOT HONEST in the description in the first place. The cushion is a great deal with the one exception. IT IS NOT THE STATED MEASUREMENTS AND WILL NOT FIT. The manufacturer states the product dimensions as: 14 x 8.8 x 2.8 inches. THE TRUE MEASUREMENTS ARE 11.75 x 7 x 1 inches. It is not even close people and it can't be stretched that far. The worst part is, Amazon paired this product with the exercise bike I purchased at the same time. I paid $19.50 for it and now they raised the price to $25.00 I suppose they have to make up for all the returns somehow.

As a prospective buyer of this product can observe by just skimming the reviews on Amazon.com, there are a lot of bicycles this seat cover just doesn't fit. Mine (a Confidence Foldable Stow Away Exercise Bike - I really like it!) is no exception.
So be careful to check the seat measurements before you order, and don't just take the manufacturer's or seller's word for it that it's going to be okay. It seems to me that a lot of people are being ripped off. Not fair!
By the way, if you are one of the lucky ones and the seat does fit your bicyle, it does seem very nice. Sturdy, and lots of gel in it.

i bought one for my dad and myself. he really likes it. i'm not so sure. i think it just may be the shape of my seat though. i just may not be used to a narrow seat. it feels thicker than other ones i've looked at so i'm happy with that. it's really easy to put on and take off (which i do when it's chained up) i haven't tried any others so i can't really do any comparisons. i gave it a 4 just in case it's really not the seat.

Recommended for and purchased with Confidence Foldable Stow Away Exercise Bike.
This seat is softer than the seat on the stationary bike that I bought it for, but it didn't really make anything more comfortable. It is actually smaller than the seat on the bike, even though it was recommended for the bike. I had to sort of stretch it and rip a few stitches to fit it. Not really worth it in the end.

The gel inside the seat cover split during the first week I had it and it wasn't at all comfortable. I had to readjust it every time I rode because the seat cover shifted to the side.

After looking at many different padded seats or covers, I finally found this one, and it lives up to its claims. This seat cover is heavily padded with gel inside. After riding for more than one hour with a regular seat it got to be so uncomfortable, the fun of riding would be cut short. With this cover, I was able to ride at the NYC 5 boro tour without any discomfort, for more than 5 hours.
If your buns suffered due to a stiff seat, this cover should alleviate you, and make riding fun, the way it should always be.

Some gel seats are very thin. This seat is thick. It gives the added cushion over my stock seat for my Trek. When the manufacturer says triple, it is just so. My butt is already feeling better.

It provides a lot of additional comfort. But I find that the drawstring does not keep it secure enough. It moves somewhat as I'm riding in cycling class. Overall I say it's a good product. Depending on your need for comfort. I find myself still needing a little extra comfort. So i will add some padded cycling shorts for more added comfort.

I take a spin class and think the seats on those bikes are the most uncomfortable seats ever.When I saw this seat cover I thought my prayers had been answered well, I was very wrong. They feel like they would make a big difference but they don't. I don't even use it.

I have a bicycle with a small 4-stroke engine on it and this seat cover has helped to make it a most comfortable ride. There is a bit of vibration with the motor and I would say this cuts it by half, which is really nice. It was a tight fit for the type of seat I have but now that I s-t-r-etch-e-d it on there it seems fine. I sure like it as far as comfort goes. And the price was very reasonable given how much they typically cost in a bike shop. So if you're looking for a more cushy I ride can't hold back a thumbs up on this item.

Bought this as a christmas gift for my wife who spins 5 day a week. The overall quality if the seat is far better than others I have seen. She says her tushy has never felt better on a spin cycle.
