I love these socks. If it weren't so expensive I would have all my socks like these. They're comfortable and prevent my toes from blistering when I go on long walks/hikes.

Looked nice & fit well, but didn't last, January 19, 2012

This review is of the injinji Ecomade Performance Mini Crew Toesocks in Blue Rainbow (size L).
The sock fit very well, and it looked very nice when I first got it. I was concerned as soon as I saw the inside of the sock that had several knots where the machine changed the colored thread as is normally necessary for multiple colored socks. Sure enough the sock wore out after 12-15 wearing with my Vibram KSO shoes when some of the knots started to come loose. Sure the socks could be re-sewn since the holes formed at seams, but any sewing will never be as good as the original.
I would recommend one of the other Injinji styles over this one. I also have pairs of injinji Performance Mini Crew Toesocks & Injinji Performance Mid-weight Mini Crew Sock that were ordered at the same time. Both of those styles have held up very well although some people may find the Mid-weight to be too thick, but it is my favorite Injinji style thus far.
So if you want a color sock for occasional use, these might be useful, but otherwise choose one of the other Injinji styles as they will hold up much better.

So comfortable, so cute, very pleased!, April 29, 2011
By Ali Julia (boston, mass)

I have purchased Injinji socks before and loved them, so my expectations were high. These socks exceeded my expectations. I purchased Blue and Black rainbows. They were very comfortable, Size small fit my size 7.5 feet perfectly. These socks felt like very high quality product, and were so cute! I am attaching a couple of photos showing the socks on my feet, as well as package that show the size info.
Size info for for small size: men shoe size 5-7.5, women shoe size 6-8.5
The socks reach about an inch above my ankle, they fit the toes very comfortably without loose material. I get blisters between my pinky and fourth toe when I walk, but I never get blisters when I wear these toe socks. They get even more comfortable after a couple of wearing as they seem to remember the shape of your toes. And did I mention they look so cute on my feet?
I highly recommend these socks!

Love them, wish they were knee highs, December 15, 2009
By Fauxfyr

My daughter loves these socks. She has the ones with the black cuff and toes. The individually wrapped toes keep your toes straighter in your shoes, but the socks are not so thick they feel weird. The cuff is tight enough to stay up, but not leave a ring on your ankle when you take it off. She wishes these were knee socks. Also good for wearing with your Birkenstocks while in Seattle.

I love these socks. They fit well and are fun to show off. The thin fabric fits between the toes comfortably and prevents blisters very well. I will be buying more of these socks.

No More Blisters!, July 20, 2010
By JanFox

Awesome socks. I used to get blisters between my toes, especially on longer runs. I heard about Injinji toe socks being great for blister prevention so I bought some. I have been using them for well over a year now and have had not one single blister, not even during my first half-marathon a few months ago. They do take a little longer to put on but it's no biggy, and they feel just like regular socks after you put your shoes on. I highly recommend them, I won't wear anything else.

I. Love. These. Socks., December 25, 2009

Glad I bought two pairs -- these are awesome :) Fit nicely on feet and toes. Keep toes nice and warm. Tip for extreme cold, wear a pair of toe socks like this -- then put a regular pair of socks over! Very toasty feet that way :)

Expensive!!But worth the $$$$, December 20, 2010

These socks r very xpensive not just amazon everywhere but after I purchased a few pair on amazon a week or two l8r they were on here for around $6 & they r usually around 11/14. They r VERY COMFORTAble.if u r borderline on the size I'd go ahead & get the next size up I made that mistake and the next time I lurchased the bigger size & they r more comfortable. They go well with the VIBRAM FIVE FINGERS ALSO. beware of the fakes there's alot of different brands of these socks on the market and so far I've found none the quality of injinji the others are very thin. 4 stars for the high price. Quality 5 stars

Injini Socks, January 31, 2011
By richterhome (Houston, TX)

These are fun socks but there is no way to make them fit well for everyone. if you buying for fun, you like them. if you want them to be perfectly fitting to your toes, you may be unhappy or maybe not (depends on you feet).
Socks are definitely well made and materials are top notch. For me, it was bought for fun. I would not use for a triathlon or duathlon but could run in them or just walk around the house.

Cute, comfy, not good for exercise, September 18, 2010
By Pacific Lover (SF Bay Area, CA USA)
|
|
I have pleasant memories of owning toesox (which were kneesox!) in the seventies, which may have been part of my interest in these. I am not a super-athlete, but do walk a lot, including 4 miles a day for exercise. Unfortunately, I have discovered that I am not a fan of the COOLMAX EcoMade, Lycra and Nylon combination, at least for exercise. My foot and heel slip and slide all over the inside of my shoe as soon as I pick up the pace, which is really distracting and uncomfortable. I prefer no more than 5% synthetic added to my cotton socks for exercising.
For fashion however, these are great, and I would buy another pair. I didn't find them hard to put on, like 15 seconds longer per foot than normal socks. Very comfortable, and the material (not for me for exercising) washes well and seems like it will last much longer than my grooving polyester tube socks did.

not long wearing, December 25, 2009
By Randy W. Williams (Texas)

I bought several pair and change out pretty regularly, but I've already lost one pair to a hole and a couple of the others are way more stretched out than other running socks I have that have been used much more.

makes a funny gift, May 15, 2011
By Elequent Elise (Rockville Centre New York USA)

Every Christmas my family has a few silly gifts that we give out. This one got a few chuckles. The socks are very colorful, and look cute, but not that comfortable or easy to get on. You need to get each toe in the correct place and after wearing them for a while the blood flow in my toes was constricted and caused my toes to get a bit uncomfortable

hate them, November 9, 2010
By booklover (TN USA)
|
|
I have bought these socks for 4 different people.. I have tried a different size thinking maybe that would fix the problem, but it hasn't.. Everyone that has put these on has had a problem keeping them on their toes.. I personally have found another brand of toe socks that fit perfectly so I know it's not just me, although it is hard for me to find a toe sock that will stay on all my toes.. And we have 4 completely different feet and still have this problem.. I honestly do not understand all the good reviews, which is the reason I bought the injinji socks to begin with.. I will stick with the other cheaper brand that I have no problem keeping on my toes that feel texturally the same..

injinji toe socks rule, July 12, 2011
By T. Park (Bellingham, Wa)
|
|
I have used their toe socks for years and love the attention to detail. I got them to enhance propio-reception and to keep caluses from forming between my hammer toes. They work well for this. I intend to use them next with vibram 5 toe shoes. I can't wait. And let's face it, rainbows rule. They are both fashionable and functional. Would love to see more variety in fashion with these because I would have a dozen pairs. The only recommendation I can't make is for winter use if you have poor circulation like I do, and they don't work well with my hardcore hiking boots. Better for every day use.

Socks are fine but Seller is pretty bad, November 11, 2011
By twinmommy (Houston, TX United States)
|
|
I've bought this brand of sock before so I know what I'm getting. The material isn't as soft as other dry weave socks, but I like the toe separation to prevent blisters and they stand up well to frequent use. That said, if at all possible, get them directly from amazon and not from one of their sellers. I ordered my socks 10/29 and they haven't even shipped yet (it's now 11/11). They were listed as in stock with OutdoorBunker -- the seller that my socks are supposed to be coming from. I ordered them more than 2 weeks in advance of my marathon so that I would have them in plenty of time. Now I'll be making other plans for my race.

Comfy and fun, October 21, 2011
By Michael Hatzenbuehler (Fort Worth, Texas)
|
|
Purchased for wear around the house and for use with Vibram FiveFingers. Fit is good, the toes are seamlessly stitched shut, and they are comfortable to wear. Material is thin enough that they don't feel like they are pushing the toes apart but thick enough that they provide cushion and blister protection inside the FiveFingers.

Amazing fit & feel, September 28, 2011
By gleiz

Socks are just amazing. While it's a little hard to get used to getting your toes into each individual spot, the effort is worth it. I haven't had one blister, my feet stay much more cool and comfortable and that pinched feeling from the thick socks is gone. And did I mention NO MORE BLISTERS!!! Well worth the price. I am thinking of gettins some to wear for more than just running!

The Injinji Mini Crew Toesocks are perfect for keeping your toes in place & reducing friction between your toes during long walks (13.1 miles) & hikes. They work just as well soaking wet on the trail.

Worked great for lots of walking, February 20, 2012
By R. Schreiner (Lincoln, NE USA)
|
|
I purchased these hoping to find a solution that would let me spend a week at Disney World without developing severe blisters, which had been a problem for me two years back. I'd had problems with blistering on the soles just below the toes, and between two toes. I was hobbling by day two of a nine day trip, and walking and standing were miserable. I figured that separating the toes might resolve at least the between-toes problem, and I was delighted when after nine days of walking 5-7 miles per day, the only problem spot I had was a tiny blister on the underside of one toe, and it wasn't even noticeable while I was walking or standing. I had brought other types of socks along but ended up solely using Injinjis because I was so pleased with how they worked and how they felt. I would absolutely purchase them again.

WILL GET RUINED IN LAUNDRY, February 12, 2012
By Itaydarv
|
|
I wasn't too thrilled when i started using these. i do like the comfortability of the socks but they get ruined after washing them a few times. I have holes in 3 pairs already that have barely been worn. Don't waste your money on these. Highly overrated. The quality is just not there.

Toe Socks with Colorful Stripes, February 1, 2012
By Gruggers (Missoula, MT United States)
|
|
I bought these for my wife, who loves them! They are comfortable and "cute." My only surprise was that they were a little "lighter-weight" than I expected, but then I wear sweat socks. I noticed some of the patterns were not shipped from Amazon directly so they were not eligible for free Amazon Prime shipping, thus I chose from the free shipping options.injinji Ecomade Performance Mini Crew Toesocks

awesome, January 13, 2012

Love these socks. Feel great. I have replaced all my "normal" socks with these socks. For me the while, and different rainbow versions have held up better than the gray ones. Not sure why, but the gray socks have devolved small holes between the toes. Easy to fix with a needle and thread.

Love these socks!, December 26, 2011
By Tall Mom with Big Feet (near Boston, MA)

I wear these under my Vibrams, and they work great for that - I also really, really love the striping pattern - they are so fun and they make me happy putting them on. So far they have worn very well - I wear them a few times before I wash them and I hang them to dry. I ordered 4 pairs to wear running, these are my favorite just because they're so fun!

love the socks but not the colors, April 16, 2011
By lab4747 (Quakertown, PA USA)

my 3rd and 4th toes on my left foot do not get along. Toe socks seem to have solved the problem. i own about 20 pair, but since theyre mostly made for children, they wear out quickly. These hold up well, but I'm not thrilled with the colors. Other than that, 2 thumbs (toes?) up!

Great!, December 3, 2010
By Rose Madder (Michigan)

Love toe socks, and that was the main reason for me buying these. They are great to work out in too. I love being able to wear flipflops and socks at the same time. The colors are wonderful and very sturdy construction although this pair I have have holes beginning under the toes. Sad, but I have worn them a lot.

Almost perfect, November 23, 2010
By Dimcorner

Socks are good but there are left over threads on the inside of socks because the different colors are sewed together. Worried about longevity of toe seams and seams for color bands. Otherwise not bad. Sometimes can feel the treads on foot.
