 So much easier to order from Amazon!, April 27, 2009

When I discovered that I wss missing one of my rack end caps, I didn't even consider that Amazon would carry replacements. I figured that I would have to search the manufacturer site and order them at a premium price as well as pay a hefty shipping fee. Thank goodness that I discovered that Amazon sells them! I got them quickly and ordered some other material so that I got free shipping.

Genuine Thule end caps for cheaper Amazon price. Why pay $12 locally when I can get this for less than half shipped form AZ?
These things are HARD to remove once they're on the bars, but it's better than them falling off I suppose.

If you need end caps because you are missing them, these will do it. I was only missing one so now I have 2 spares. =)

 work fine - come with the foot pack, November 13, 2009

I bought these when I got new load bars and the old ones broke when removing them. They are really difficult to remove. They come with the foot pack, so you only need to by the separately if you broke/lost one and are not getting new feet. Only three stars because they are a real pain to remove and you often break them in the process.

Redesign, please!, October 14, 2011

These bar end caps do indeed complete the "look" of your rack system, but they fall out waaaay too easily. They need a redesign so that they fit securely into the bar ends. As is now, they can simply be brushed and they can fall out. I bought this set as a replacement set.
