Depressing Book, June 30, 2014

A very negative book. Rampant scare mongering using strong words. Its in question and answer format and every answer the authors give starts with total doom and gloom talk. Agreed that economic conditions have changed forever but that point is taken there is no need to repeat that with such strong language in every answer, the books title suggests that it will teach you ways to deal with a bad economic situation but half the book basically only says "be scared, be very scared, the sky has fallen".

Dr. Cooper hits it on the head. It's 2013 and he wrote this in 2008/9. He explains team dysfunctions and recommendations for the Dr to hold the team responsible. Great writer...

This book is an excellent managementtool. It gives a good insight that the days of oral designing are over and that, to survive as a business, dentistry needs to go back to their core values. Health, communication, integrity, profitability, lean and mean. And especially a dentist and staff who know the core values of each other and the business. Honesty and integrety.
