This is a liquid, not the powdered watermelon frost. The ingredients list alcohol and potassium sorbate, yuck. Tastes nasty too.

Best thing for canker sores

Although it's usually sold as a "breath freshener" now, watermelon frost is by far the best treatment for canker and mouth sores. Just spray a little bit of powder on the sore a few times a day. Results vary but for me sores that would normally last two weeks usually heal in about 3 days. One bottle lasts me several months so it's cheap too. I've read that it's also good for open wounds and sinus infections but I haven't tried that yet.
