Can't say anything bad about this product. I haven't had a cavity since I began using it. The only reason I bought this second one was due to losing the first while traveling.

This was a gift for my daughter and to give you an idea at how well it works, she doesn't have dental insurance and hadn't been to the dentist in 6 years when she had an extended hospital stay. During that time, they gave her a dental exam and cleaning and the hygienist remarked at what great shape her teeth were in considering she hadn't been to a dentist for that long. She brushes twice a day and flosses as well.

The first Sonicare (I believe it was A) was perfect but finally the battery died. This version is a pain in the kiester! I have to wrap a wash cloth around it because saliva and toothpaste run down the sides and leak into where it connects to the base, no matter how careful I am.

Great and comfortable brush. Took a little while to reach full charge, but was able to use the very next morning. The timer feature is great! I know how long to brush each section then move on. No more guessing.
