Been using them for years now can not find them in any stores. I do not go to the dentist very often but when I do I rarely have issues. Everyone say soft or medium brush. My mouth never feels clean using them (soft-Medium) but I get a good brushing with this toothbrush. Maybe I lucked out with good genes. We all have to find what works for each of us.

favorite brush

Highly recommend this brush due to the hard bristles which give that fresh clean feeling.
These brushes also help you brush longer since you can't brush fast or else you'll hurt your gums
