This great read is not just a tool in my box but a great "tuning" resource as well. The numbers game is no longer an intimidating issue when setting the fees of my services thanks to Howard. This gem of a resource helped wipe the sweat from my fretting brow during the negotiation and line item reviews of my contracts. I bought this for my reference library for my small business. I love the book and have used it
in formulating my personal policies and Work Order and any proposals for my business.
It is highly informative and very valuable to me. I highly recommend it.
