Simply easy and it really works! It will take you sometime to get used to it but it is amazing made my teeth whiter!

My bottom teeth aren't perfectly straight so other whitestrips that really adhere to teeth don't allow the same whitening coverage as these. So people who complain that they don't stick as well are correct. They don't. But I find for people like myself that want some 'wiggle room' to reach all those imperfect areas, these actually work best for that very reason.

If you want whiter teeth and you're not on a time frame, this is a GREAT product. I use it every morning for 15 minutes while I'm getting ready, and it keeps my teeth nice and white. With 84 strips, it lasts my husband and I about a month. If you used them twice a day, I'd say you would see a huge difference in one week.

I bought this product and was expecting 84 strips but i only received fifty. There really wasnt any whitening and they were irritating because my mouth watered and i couldnt swallow because there was gel. I wouldnt recommend it.

I have been using this product now for about two years, with great results. But I started out using the Crest Whitening kit, which requires that the strips be left in place for thirty minutes, morning and night, to get the desired whiteness in the first place. But once that was accomplished, the 5 minute daily White Strips maintain the whiteness indefinitely, or at least they have done so in my experience so far.
