 Okay but missing some key info, July 17, 2015

Book was okay. Kinda boring and not organized as well as I would have liked. Some things were missing from the book. I ended up mostly reviewing using this book but also supplementing with the dental decks (particularly sections that were missing from the book, like radiology). Ended up passing Part II so something worked.
