 wrong toothbrushes

Don't "Hate" it, but was very disappointed. I'd ordered extra soft brushes and received Medium.!!!! The word 'soft' isn't anywhere on the package. I've tried to contact the seller, but haven't heard back from him. Will be returning package, although I'd unwrapped one for myself and one for my husband before I realized that they weren't soft brushes.
