Toothbrush does not get mouth fresh, especially the tongue. No substitute for toothpaste.

I saw a review of this in a dental newsletter. So I decided to try it. I had used an electric toothbrush prior to this. It seems to work. I have less plaque buildup
I use toothpaste with it although it's not required because I use sensodyne. Three brushing a a day work for me.
