 Arrived broken - buyer beware, February 14, 2017

Decent looking cabinet, but it took awhile to arrive and when we tried to lock it we could not unlock it. All our important ppw got stuck inside! Finally wrenched it open, but the top drawer doesn't open all the way. Our accountant is very unhappy. I called Sandusky and they said this "happens a lot" and sent me a bunch of trouble shooting guides, which I have not had time to try honestly, but I wish I had bought something more sturdy and legit. I shouldn't have to read thru a bunch of manuals and fix a brand new $600 cabinet. Not sure how I'd return it, bc it's super heavy and did not come in any sort of box just wrapped (which is possibly why it arrived broken). I'd like someone to follow up and come fix it. It was very expensive.
