While this book is really geared to the new practitioner's finding the right location for a new practice, it also provides a wealth of information for relocating an existing practice. I particularly liked the parts about demographics of the area you want to move or start your practice, leases and potential pitfalls, and signage and how to create the most effective sign. I highly recommend the author's expertise in this field.

If you have no idea where to start this might be helpful. Most of the points are common sense. While there are few nuggets that are useful there are many that are not included or considered. This will give you some things to think about but do not consider it even close to an all inclusive guide to figuring your location strategy.

Terrible waste of money. Common sense (which is free) will serve you better. For $67 of your hard-earned dollars, the author grapples to fill the measly 97 pages with "insight" he promises the reader over and over that he "needs." I need my $67 back.

Great book. It is the only resource I have found to lay out the process clearly on what is important to finding the perfect location. Got it in the mail and read it the same day. Love the book and would recommend it for anyone who needs to know what to look for when finding the perfect location.
