Great guide on Oil Pulling! I have been hearing about oil pulling lately so I wanted to learn more about it. I'm happy I got this book it was detailed with steps and benefits. I also like the Q&A format. Good read!

My wife was using this method after reading your book. I noticed her smile was brighter while at the supermarket. Her gums we're healthy pink.
I noticed this, and decided to try myself. Whoa! Saw a big difference. thank You for this great book!. I liked what you said. "Eyes are window to your soul, and your mouth is the window to your health". Ps. Love your dogs at end of book!. Thank you.

I am so much amazed how this type of alternative healing has been around for many years. For me teeth and gums is the one of the main concern by many people. I love how the oil can clean and get rid of damaging bacteria from our teeth in more natural and cheap way.
