This is incredible, it is gentle yet cleans very well. The motor is so quiet and it is nice to have the sanitizer light on the unit.

 DO NOT PURCHASE! THIS PRODUCT STOPPED WORKING WITHIN A MONTH OF USING AND I MISSED THE WARRANTY BY ONE DAY.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I read many of reviews for electric toothbrushes and this one seemed best. I gave it to my 16 y/o son as a Christmas present and he began using it that day. On January 29 he told me it stopped working properly, but I was leaving to go out of town for my anniversary and didn't get home until 10PM on 1/31. Today I checked Amazon's return policy for the toothbrush and saw that we missed the cutoff time for the return by ONE DAY!! (Also, the Wi-Fi in our condo where my husband and I were staying wasn't working; we called to report it and were told there was nothing they could do about it as the whole complex was due to get a Wi-Fi "makeover" in February.)
Needless to say, I am not happy to have spent $70+ only to have had a month's use for the product. The wand vibrates a tiny bit, but certainly doesn't do what it's supposed to do as it had for the first month of use.
